When will jerseys be available?
Replica, Authentic, and Custom Authentic jerseys will be made available to purchase closer to the beginning of the season while we finalize the designs. We will post and update when the time comes to purchase jerseys for the 2026-2027 season.
Replica Jerseys will have the top players on the roster as well as blanks for sale. They will cost $89 for youth, and $99 for adults. Sizes range from Youth Medium- Youth Large, and Adult Small- Adult 3XL.
Custom Jerseys will be $190 for youth, and $200 for adults. Sizes range from Youth Small-Youth Large while adults range from Small- Goalie Cut (64).
Authentic Jerseys with the player’s names on them already will be $250. Sizes range from Youth Small-Youth Large while adults range from Small- Goalie Cut (64). Available for select popular players only. If your preferred player is not available, or if you would like a personalized jersey, we recommend purchasing a Custom Authentic Jersey.
How do I access and redeem my Loyalty Lair Reward Scales?
Great question! On the rdragonsmerch.com home page,
Click "Discover the Loyalty Program."
Log in using the email address or phone number associated with your purchases.
View your current Scale balance.
Click "Ways to Redeem" and then "View" to redeem your points.
Select the number of Scales you'd like to redeem.
A discount code will be generated for use at checkout.
Earn 5 Scales for every $1 spent. 250 Scales = $1 off your order. Points are awarded only when your name, email address, or phone number is attached to your purchase (online or in person).
I should have Loyalty Lair Reward Scales but when I login, I don’t see my scales/order history. How can I get these points awarded?
Occasionally, multiple accounts are created for the same customer, causing points to be attached to a different account.

I selected local pickup, but now I need my order shipped. Can I change it?
Absolutely. Please email teamgear@dragons.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
We will send you a shipping invoice for $16. Once the invoice is paid, please provide the shipping address where you'd like the order sent.
What is your return policy?
Most merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If an item arrives damaged or experiences issues such as decoration or graphics lifting shortly after purchase, please contact . We will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Please note: Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How long do refunds take?
If you received a refund from the merch store, it would typically take 1-3 days to fully process depending on your bank.

When will information about the upcoming season be released?
Due to league expansion, the upcoming season schedule will be announced later this summer. As soon as information becomes available, updates will be shared through our website, email communications, and social media channels.
Will custom specialty jerseys be available to purchase next season?
Once specialty game schedules and jersey designs are finalized, purchasing information will be announced. We also plan to continue our specialty jersey raffle through DASH, giving fans an opportunity to win game-worn and specialty jerseys throughout the season.
I bought a custom jersey, when will it be available?
Custom Authentic Jerseys are made to order and typically require 10–12 weeks for production and fulfillment. We recommend ordering early if you would like your jersey before a specific date. You will receive a Shopify notification when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders typically arrive within 1–4 business days after they are shipped, depending on when the order was placed and the destination state. Tracking information is automatically provided through Shopify as soon as it becomes available. You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment directly through USPS.
Can I cancel/modify my order after it’s been placed?
Yes, as long as the order has not shipped yet. We can help with:
- Size exchanges
- Item removals
- Order cancellations and refunds

Will sold out items be restocked?
Specialty game merchandise will not be restocked. These items are limited edition releases and are available only while supplies last.
However, we regularly restock many of our core apparel and headwear items featuring the primary River Dragons logo.
Where can I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up at the River Dragons Executive Office located inside the Columbus Civic Center:

When facing the building, enter through the black gates located to the right of the main entrance. The River Dragons office is labeled "Columbus River Dragons Executive Office."
Please provide the name listed on the order when picking up your merchandise.
If someone else will be picking up your order, that's no problem, they will simply need to sign for the order at the time of pickup.
What size should I get for my River Dragons jersey?
Our jerseys are produced by JOG and the size information is below.
Tip: If you plan to wear a hoodie underneath your jersey, many fans choose one size up for a more comfortable fit.
Do gift cards/ reward scales expire?
No. Both gift cards and Loyalty Lair Reward Scales do not expire, so you can save them and use them whenever you’re ready.
Do you have a physical store I can shop around?
We do not currently operate a year round retail store.
Our merchandise stands are open during River Dragons home games, where fans can shop in person. During the offseason, all merchandise purchases can be made online at rdragonsmerch.com.
